Here's a 12" Western-style chef knife. The knife is built on 3/32 154CM stock, flat ground, with dovetail bolsters and a tapered tang. 400 grit hand finished blade, mirror polished bolsters. Handle is stabilized maple burl and has mosaic pins. $SOLD
