3/16 stock models?

I emailed them and they got back to me the next day. I also asked what steel they would recommend for the thinner stocked models. The email stated:

"We do forge 3/16" carbon or stainless. Stainless has the low rusting quality but carbon will hold a better edge. The customer has either choice."
