Hi,
When I glued up the handle I wasn't paying attention and the two pieces of wood didn't mate properly so as a result there is now a fairly visible glue joint. There's is structurally nothing wrong with this knife it's just a visual blem.
I thought it would be a waste to scrap it so I decided to offer it for sale at a 50% discount.
Steel: White #2 with 22-layer cladding (not rustproof)
HRC: 62-63
OAL: 11" 1/2
Blade length: 6" 1/2
Blade Height: 49mm
Thickness:2.1mm
Handle Materials: Maple & Spalted Chestnut both stabilized
Price: $130 +$15 shipping SOLD
PayPal please to: hazenbergknives@gmail.com
Please feel free to ask questions if you have them. Thanks for looking.
