Any help would be greatly appreciated as i have owned this for over 20 years and have no idea about it, purchased in small gun store in the UK back when you could buy a gun or knife.

just looking for any information possible as i have looked for years and never seen another like it, i didn't even know Beretta made custom knives if that is what it is.

All the Beretta knives I have seen were factory made. They are sourced from a variety of makers from a variety of countries.
