can anyone please tell me the best way to sharpen the serrated blade on a LM supertool 200 .I have a gerber sharpener (the one that looks like a pen ) and that was great for my swisstool but the serrations on the supertool are a bit different ,would this still be ok or have you any other suggestions .

thanks

Try this:
Buck® Tapered Diamond Sharpener
http://www.eknifeworks.com/webapp/e...uck&list=50&range=1&order=PriceAsc&SKU=BU1325

It is tapered so it fits almost all types of serrations.
There are similar products from DMT for a bit more $ and you can even find
them for less than shown above if you search hard enough.

The other option is to flat-stone sharpen the back side of the serrations, but
eventually you need to sharpen the serrations anyway...

thanks Klattman i'll check it out , wonder if i can get hold of it here in the UK

It's a bit pricier, but the Spyderco Sharpmaker 204 works great with my LM Wave's serrated blade.
