If you know of any large bowies (9 inch + blade.), please post the names, or pictures, here! I'd really appreciate it.

Ontario Spec Plus sp10 Marine Raider. Large, strong and good value. Also Svord Von Tempsky Bowie, a good solid working bowie.

SOG Tigershark. Randall makes some nice ones if you are willing to pay the price.
Bark River Bravo 3.

My favorite Bowie is the Randall Made Knives "The Smithsonian Bowie", Blade 11 inches long, overall length 16.5" 32.6 oz and 3/8" thick.

The Becker BK9 is referred to as the Combat Bowie for good reason, even if it doesn't look all that traditional compared to the Western 49 bowie knife that so many people think of. But simply because it doesn't match the knife Turtle Man carries doesn't mean much. A lot of early bowie knives looked little different from chef's knives.

The 10" Fällkniven Nortern Light series #1 Tor!
Here with custom Stag Crown.

Yeah, those types are awesome, and that one in particular is incredible. A bowie with a wide blade.. yeah, that's sweet. Are there any other makers who do these kinds of bowies?

I do know of the Hibben Alamo bowie, but the steel in those blades are pretty subpar, are they not?

Cold Steel also just released a pretty sweet looking one called the Frontier Bowie. Im not sure if it is for sale yet or how much it will really be but I think the MSRP was around 200 so hopefully youll be able to find them around 100 sometime soon

It's not released yet. And if past experience is the case, street price will be closer to $150 when it releases, before eventually dropping down to $100ish.

That is a medium carbon spring tempered large hunk of steel on the Frontier Bowie. Likely sourced from China, not Taiwan. It would be awfully nice in O-1 or even 3V. I do like the looks though I wouldn't pay that price, or half for a 1055 large knife with a "spring temper". I suppose it's better than stainless mystery steel though.

This looks good. I'm not a fan of the oddly angular handle, the fuller in the blade, or the black coating. But apart from that it looks decent - apart from Svord it seems like no one is making the extra-large bowies with guards and wooden handles For 1055 I would not pay MSRP though. $130, maybe.

I think Condor should come out with a large traditional bowie WITH a guard, they always seem to have very low prices for some very large blades.

Someone mentioned the Western W49. Here's a picture of 1 - this one is from the early 60s. They were made from the early 60s until the 1990s.

While they don't meet the 9 inch length of the OPs request, I've always liked the Western 46-8 (an 8 inch blade)

The G46-8, essentially the 1219C2 USN/USMC MK2 7" knife, 1 inch longer, made in response to Western NOT being given a contract to produce the 1219C2 USN/USMC MK2 during WW2.

Then after WW2, in the 50s, they made the L46-8...

Then from the early 70s through the early 90s, The L46-8 (stacked leather)and W46-8 (wood) with a different pommel style..
