Wow Tim, just beautiful!!! Excellent blade combination. Love the jigging, the curved spine and it's just the right size. Congratulations, I know you're enjoying that one! -James

Dang Tim, that one looks great . What color is the bone ? Looks like blue to me .
Good choice on the d2 steel.Thank you James Indeed it was in the pocket today~
Thanks Gerry!
Thanks I was told Black/brown box bone. Shows up greenish brown in some light on the sides actually.
I like everything about that one, Tim. Congratulations!Been waiting for this one for a spell, absolutely outstanding work as always by Reese. Sold my OD green shadow stockman a while back and have been missing a multiblade ever since. I love how the wharncliffe and pen provide a clean and comfortable grip with the main clip out. The jigging reminds me much of alligator or croc hide.

Great idea, what type if dye did you use. That's a Burnt Amber 154cm model that I dyed dark green. Came out really nice, I love it now.

I have used fiebings leather dye on bone and stag with different results.
I thinkbthe key is to apply then reapply, and continue the process until the bone has soaked the desired color.
Great dyed on your knife, i may just do that with the new backpocket in 154 cm.
I have a chesnut cv i love it..

ThanksYeah the Chestnut bone looks great, probably my favorite factory offering. I used Rit fabric dye. Cleaned the knife in soapy water, then put it in a simmering pot with the dye. I expected it would take a while to get the color that dark, but this was only about 5 minutes in there. Mineral oiled the whole thing after and haven't noticed any rubbing off, so it seems like a good job.
Such a beauty Tim. Looks better here than the pics you texted me. Amazing work.Been waiting for this one for a spell, absolutely outstanding work as always by Reese.
