How To Change Background Color?

I remember the previous layout had an option where you could change the background color of this website to black. Is there a way to change the background of this website black like the previous Bladeforum was? If not it would be a good idea to bring that option back because the white layout really hurts my eyes, it's way too bright.
 
Look at the bottom Left on the page...Default Format, click on that and 2 other Format options should pop up. I believe you want the Beta Dark option.
