changing the format to be more user friendly. thanks guys on the advice.

For those not familar with the knives or makers, it would help to write on paper which knife is what and place it next to each knife, just my 2 cents...GLWS..thanks
 
Thanks guys I will edit the posts and show each individual knife as you requested.
