Fire Photos

Thanks for the pics, Jeff!

It looks like the woods up there is about as sloppy as it is down here.

You are very welcome Cooper. I enjoy this so much that I'm afraid I might be boring folks with fire pics!

Things are very soggy, but beautiful none the less.

The light is getting sweet now and the geese are coming in for the night. Too cool!

Not boring at all!

I am jealous I haven't found a good spot to do the same thing.

Try Turkey Bayou, Oakwoood Bottoms Road east off of Rt 3
Lots and lots of burning wood and places to burn it.
Used to hunt and camp there.

Thanks Brad. I will have to check that out. A lot of buddies talk about duck hunting over there but I've never been.

I've been meaning to check out LaRue Pine hills area and inspiration point too, so this will give me a reason to go over in that direction.

I agree with fishiker and Cooper, not boring at all Jeff!

And just to add fuel to the fire so to speak I'll add my award winning pic of a couple of JKs enjoying the fruits of their labors, as I did.

Wait a minute, you couldn't wait to get home to have a fire so you stopped at a park on the way home to have one?
Hmm, me thinks you might have a problem there Jeff.

Chuckle chuckle, just kidding man, fire gooooood.
Thanks for the pics and call me jealous. :)

Great thread, I love fire!
Shonuf x2.

That's a sweet cooking rig you have there! Stew looks good too.

Wife is working all weekend, so the kids and I decided to make a couple of fires.
This one was yesterday. Finally had the weather and time to burn a brushpile in the back yard.

This morning the in-laws thought it'd be fun to take a hike, so of course we had to have a little fire. Kids love campfires.
