How Do I Contact SOG For Warranty Repairs?

I have a SOG Twitch II that the hinge, or pivot (not sure of the part name exactly), came off of and was lost. I contacted the customer service email address a few years ago when it happened, and didn't get a response then. I recently found the knife again and figured I'd give the warranty department another shot. It's been over a month and still no answer.

The knife broke when it was brand new, and still under warranty, it quite literally came apart in my hand. I know it's probably out of the manufacturers warranty now, but I'm willing to pay for the needed part.

Has anybody had any luck contacting SOG, and if so, how?
