Kydex for fat blade

wondering if anyone has any ideas on a kydex sheath for a fat blade that tappers nearer handle, like a large Bowie?

I would look at kydex machete sheaths, most are larger at the tip than the handle. Might give you some ideas, or at least what other people have done.
