Here are two simple knives with surprisingly comfortable handles. At least for me.
First:
Blade –168 layers Damascus steel hand forged of 52100 and 75Ni8. Differentially heat treated with clay. 59 – 61 HRC after tempering.
Handle – Impregnated in green alder burl, corian and impregnated in white poplar burl.
Separators – Bronze.
Guard – Bronze.
The sheath made of 3.5 – 4 mm. cow leather my friend George Petkov.

The second one:
Blade –128 layers Damascus steel hand forged of 80CrV2 /L2/ and 75Ni8. Differentially heat treated with clay. 58 – 60 HRC after tempering.
Handle – American maple.
Separators – Bronze and fibre.
Guard and pommel – Bronze. Hidden tang.
The sheath made of 3.5 – 4 mm. cow leather my friend George Petkov.
