I,ve been very happy with the parts you've made for me with your old machine. I can't imagine the level of precision you are going to achieve with this new Mach 4 cutter but I,m going to find out.

I,ve got some new ideas for thick steel too. Does this cutter pretty much eliminate the kerf? I want to put two 3/4" thick pieces together.

Yes the kerf is eliminated using the Dynamic Head option. It is effective from ~1/8" thick and up.
