Hey all,

Does anyone know of a maker or manufacturer who makes a longer kris-style blade using modern steels and g10 or similar for handle material? Something that says "tactical" maybe.

Failing that, can anyone reccommend a maker who could do something like this?

Thanks for your time.

Folder or fixed? Derespina Knives does a wicked fixed blade interpretation. Here is a shot from the web. I handled the TAD Collaboration of this blade and it was just plain mean!

Very cool,...

All I think when I see these is, "Why..."

And I thought recurves looked hard to sharpen.

I had many chances to buy the Spyderco kris ,including at a deep discount, and like an idiot ,I let the opportunity pass me by.
The fixed blade kris above is ubercool, but I imagine it costs a bundle?

Just clicked onto the Derespina site. Very Szaboish and very cool! But just as I thought ,pretty pricey.
