The Canal Street BF knife was one of those that kept me on the fence for a long time. Liked the look, but it wasn't my "thing" at the time. Then I thought why not, but of course by then they were gone. Then I "had" to have one and kept missing it every time one showed up. Well, I've had one for a while and I have to say, can I have another please.
