I own a knife from Olson Knife Co (Howard City MI) I am quite sure it was made by Schrade. The main clip point blade has a considerable amount of horizontal wobble, is there any way this can tightened up? I see no pins in the bolsters so Im not sure if I can just gently peen the bolster and reach my desired outcome, any advice. Thank you

My understanding is that the no-pin or Swinden construction bolsters cannot just be peened in the normal way, but there are craftsmen out there who take them apart and then pin them.

I was afraid of that, even tho it is in pretty good shape Im not sure an OK/Schrade would be worth that kind of treatment. Thank you for your reply
