OTF Legality in PA?

Quick question: I know I can't carry an OTF publicly, but can I carry it when I'm on either my private property or my friends private property? The law didn't seem to indicate either way at least not what I found.

PA Law and case law contains no exceptions for private property, though keeping in the home for collection purposes is recognized by the following line in the statute:
"It is a defense under this section for the defendant to prove by a preponderance of evidence that he possessed or dealt with the weapon solely as a curio"
