Paragon Warlock MI legal?

I was wondering if it would fall under the category of a gravity knife or a balisong style as it still requires some hand movement to deploy.

I'm not a lawyer or in LE but I would be inclined to say that yes the Warlock and Phoenix are considered gravity knives.

I would say it's technically a manual knife since it does require some hand movement to deploy and would fall under the category of a flip knife/balisong. It does look like an automatic knife though.
