Here's one of the more common uses my tactical knives are put to. Stay tuned for some hot sandwhich cutting action!

How did you hold the camera to take this pic if both of your hands are opening the ice cream? Did you really con your wife into taking it for you?

These pics are from my tour with HHC Mortars 1/502 INF 7-03 to 2-04.

I think that was a Surefire E2 and a Cuda Dominator on my armor.

This is the wall I slept next to. The knife porn came from Chuck Gollnick.

I know this thread is old, and I know that many don`t really "like" these knives too much....
If I can get the picture to work you can see the handle on my CS Recon Scout at my left hand side. I beat the shit out of this knife and after 4 years the knife still looks great...
I had to reprofile it before starting to use it, to a 20 degree angle, but then it worked like a charm...tøft3.jpgtøft3.jpg

I believe the three young ladies with slung M16A2s are active duty military personnel...probably stationed in Iraq, at some sort of base ice cream parlor or whatever...not "Charlies Angels".

All personnel in Iraq and Afghanistan are required to have their personal weapon with them at all times, not matter what. In this picture, I am guessing they are off-duty, wearing civies, and getting something to eat at a PX or other vendor on-base.

One takes one's rifle to the shower, the latrine, the gym, the movies, whatever, in case of some sort of incursion.

I believe you're correct.
