Question for Rosarms about 'Kisten' knife...

While perusing online for more information about the RosArms/Rosoruzhiya 'Kisten' knife, I ran across a website that had a knife made by A&R Zlatoust that looked almost identical to the Rosarms 'Kisten'.
My understanding is that both Rosoruzhiya (Rosarms) and A&R Zlatoust, are located in the famous knife making region of Zlatoust Russia.
My question is about the Rosarms Kisten knife and how A&R Zlatoust has almost the exact same knife?
The biggest difference I see is that the Rosarms version has the deep dimples on each side of the handle, but other than that, they are basically twins. Is this knife a project that both companies worked on and share? What is the connection here between these two companies and this particular knife?

Thanks in advance.

And here is A&R's version...

By the way, I own five A&R Zlatoust made knives, and they are indeed very nicely done 👍
