How is bison burger? I have had it a couple of times at a burger joint down in Casinostock's neighborhood (near Legoland). But not sure if what they serve is the real deal...

It is delicious. A deeper flavor than beef and leaner in my experiences.

I know you have to start somewhere, and he is seventeen, but JEEEZUZ I don't think he's heard or read a single reply to his thread.

...of course, this level of pigheaded stupidity is commonplace for knifemaking...

^ just to clarify, he is kidding. We haven't found another designer. Well, we did, but they quickly died of micarta fumes and tetanus, so we're stuck with this Canadian. :D

Finally, someone with some true talent. This is visionary work. Staggeringly beautiful. I would love to set up an order for a future project. Perhaps involving.. more.. cow-bell?
