ready to go edc becker

I hope this isn't a really dumb question. is there a ready to go edc becker along the lines of say an esse 3? stronger then a bk11 with scales? any suggestions?

I've been EDC'ing a BK14 and then a BK24 for a goodly number of years.

The 14 is my favourite EDC knife, having a tad longer handle over the 11. But there's a esee 3 sized gap between the 11/14 and the tweener.

However, the 14 punches way above its weight and has kicked endless other EDC knives out of my pocket competiton as I always reach for it...

Ethan himself has been known to say that if his feet leave pavement - he's carrying a BK16.

Seen it with my own eyes many times!

Another vote for the 14. It was my first Becker and I EDC it regularly using it for everything from starting fires, to cutting up watermelons, medium bushcraft tasks, etc. My favorite blade of all time.

14 or 16 are pretty much perfect.

I personally recommend a BK14 with micarta handles. Enough knife for most tasks, yet small enough for comfortable all day carry. I make paracord lanyards, with a neck pad, for mine, and often forget it is even there.
