You're going to have to be a whole lot more specific if you expect to get a useful answer. Plus this really belongs in the knife laws section.

Can an auto knife be shipped overseas?
Depends entirely on where you are sending it.
Since you're sending it we can assume an auto knife is legal where you reside.
But if it is a prohibited item at the destination country it may get confiscated.
