I'm really not much of a picture guy, but decided to add an avatar today for Mother's Day! It's me and my wife of 27 years. We enjoyed a great meal and a couple of drinks, with our two wonderful sons, at a local establishment today. It was a great family outing. The reason I decided to do this is as a reminder to myself, and everyone else to cherish moments like this. My wife was just diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer 3 1/2 weeks ago. We have a long fight ahead of us, but no intention of losing it! Everyone, enjoy your day and your family. You never know what's around the corner. Thanks BF, and especially The Porch, for being my outlet!
