It's such an honor to be chosen for this, I just had to share. I knew of Todd's work, and really liked his style. We met briefly at the Pasadena show in 2011 and then again in Vegas this January. We had previously made some Damascus daggers but since daggers aren't really our game, did not attempt a handle. I thought that this blade would be perfect for his style, and so I dropped off the blank. Last weekend we met again at the show and he presented us with this beautiful piece. A mere 3 hours later we had won the Best Collaboration award. Because the knife was finished, literally, just a day before the show, he didn't have time to stamp his name into the blade but we will engrave it under our logo soon! :thumbup:
