Ahhhh, the luck of the Irish! Aside from my having an OUTSTANDING St. Patrick's Day at the Irish Pub (read lots of Irish food and Guinness) I also found time
to visit one of my favorite "Thrift Shops" here in Maine.

A CARBON Steel (made in U.S.A.) DEXTER "Chinese Cleaver". This is my first (not Butchering) type Cleaver and it may take a little getting use to in Kitchen chopping/slicing.
