Trouble with the online store

Hey guys, been trying to buy a black skull pocket clip from the Emerson store, but every time I check out it gives me an error message saying "an error occurred, try again or try a different form of payment".

I'm using Visa, located in Canada, double checked all my info is correct. Anyone ever have this problem or error message?
