This is forged from some of Hanson's W2. It has been clay quenched and hand polished to 1500 grit, then etched to bring out the very bold hamon.
The handle is black canvas micarta and cocobolo. It is faceted and shaped to fit the hand well, then polished to a nice luster. It is held in place with pins and G-flex epoxy.
The sheath is 7-8oz hand tooled leather from Wickett and Craig. The knife fits well and draws easily.
