yes it is cool, as a group the buck collectors come up with close to 50 gold members to vote in favor for it and we had some thing like over 20 sign up from non paying to new gold and over 15 sign up as upgrade from basic to gold and 15 gold or better all vote post in one thread to request it.

if you look at attendance normanly on brand loyatly the busses and bucks are right up there with how many are on line at any time.

HAY- ya knows some'n,
all ya busses might augh'ta go's aheads and asks ifn you alls can do it too,
we heres at buck kinda sorta figured that we might be'a start'in something....

well we are comeing up on the first 30 days mark in 4 more days!
it has been a great forum to find things buck in!:cool:
personly i have already bought and sold from this several times,
and each time was a pleasure! :D
i had wandered some times how much it would be used and how much it would grow... i realy did not know what would happen.

but it has not been so much the amount of use that has inspired me,
as it has been the pleasure expressed by all that have found this and used it.:)

Just a couple quick notes on things I've found out about this Buck For Sale forum in the last couple days...

- This Forum is open to ALL, not just Gold+ members (Cougar Allen)
- This Forum allows ALL to reply to posts in threads (Cougar Allen)
- There are no "Wanted" threads allowed (Code 3)

There may well be other surprises, but those three were surprising to me... ;)

well i was reading to see what else was posted on this thread..
it had been over two years now and is still going strong!
seems it was not that long ago the we only hoped to see it happen
so.. i jest wanted to again thank you spark for setting this up..

Well its been a while since I been on here. Life style changes and a major relocation. I would like to know the current value of two mint condition Buck knives. The first is a 120 inverted three line (knife pointed down) with a flapover sheath, with a shiny rivet on the belt loop. I have been told that this is probably from the early 70's. I also have a 103 inverted three line, flapover sheath, but a standard belt loop rivet. I'm considering putting these up on e-bay, They are both mint, never caried, never sharpened.

i always thought any one could look , that helps sales!
but only gold can start thread, any can reply is needed to buy, why the surprise ?..

humm i have posted wanted threads here with no issue, sure hope it was OK as i bought one this way!
