I've been busy here for a little while.

I was kinda screwing around looking at data sheets on steels, and remembered SR needs a new "go-to" and don't recall ever seeing this as a suggestion.

Why not use 8670? Everything I'm seeing shows it as being basically unbreakable with a normal heat treat. I imagine you guys could pull more from it.

I would be very very interested in seeing a new tomahawk from the Swamp in this steel and I guarantee it would sell better than another sword (hell.. maybe a sword in it too lol).

I would be interested in your version of 4140, 80CRV2, and 5160 as well.. but I'm mainly wanting to see what can be done in 8670. That stuff is already insane.

Always look forward to what they release. :)

What ever comes out of the Swamp or the Yard, I’m sure will not disappoint.
I agree. They haven't disappointed in the past. Love my 1311.. I use it all the time in the yard. This free reign thing it's pretty badass too.. I haven't sunk it into anything yet but catch myself admiring it an awful lot lol.

I'm really just fishing lmao. I really want a new tomahawk from the swamp.. and I'd reaaallllly be jazzed if it was 8670 😂
