I live in Oregon and I've been wanting to try this for a while, The limits I have found are it has to be shorter/ exactly 4 inches, and automatic knives/ assisted opening knives illegal to conceal carry, but it doesn't specify what is considered concealed carry, I was thinking of getting a brightly colored handle and leaving around 2 inches of the handle visible but it may not be enough.

I would guess, and it's a guess......no.

you'd have to pay an Oregon weapons lawyer to do the research on established case law in the state and counties/cities/districts, etc where youd be to get a solid and mostly accurate answer. I say mostly accurate as established case law doesn't stop police from arresting you and prosecutors from charging you, regardless.
