Get asked to repair people's busted knives I've got a wusthof classic chef and I plan to
Replace the old broken handles with some nice burlap
Micarta. The bolster is radiused! Any good tips out there for fitting scales to this type of bolster?
My best thought is to get it close by hand and then lay some fine sand paper on the bolster. Working it back and forth till I get a nice fit. Filling any small gap with tinted epoxy. Sound good?
