ETA: Some of these were taken with a Mesozoic-era cell phone camera and are thus of horrible quality.

When I was a kid we called those snakecharmers...I don't know the why for this particular shotgun but for ours is was all about ease of carry usually we had .410's and 20's.

Here's a few of my vintage cleaver collection. There are a few more that are in the garage getting worked on.

The latest that is undergoing rust removal is a Briddell with a blade that is over 10" long. The bigger cleavers are just amazing to even hold at over 4lbs each. I'll post pictures of the big boys once they are cleaned up a little. I don't do much to them other than clean up the blade, sharpen them on my Edge Pro, and repair the handles. The idea is to leave them looking vintage.

Here's a picture of the Briddell after the first round of rust removal. It was in pretty bad shape and still needs some work but here it is next to a small Foster Bros cleaver. The Briddell weights in at over 4lbs.

Got to have large heavy blades for zombies. These will take a head off with one chop. they are .262 thick 5160 tapering to 1/8" at the tip. The blades are slightly over 2" wide and one is 22" overall and the other 20" overall.

I know this is a knife site but I must say I'm liking the looks of that Cold Steel warhammer for zombie-smashing!
