According to their website they have been around for awhile. The lack of reviews, and the lack of retailers, strikes me as odd.
Take a look around the forum. It seems obvious that knives are more than just tools. They mean different things to different people.

I don't own any flippers, yet. So I am looking at the Praxis and Baklash. It would be an EDC used indoors, and camping, fishing, Kayaking, etc....
I have never heard of them. There has been legal issues between N.H. and Mass. regarding sales tax. I would avoid them.
I live in New Hampshire. There is no sales tax here. It all depends on where you live.
