S90v has now been used in production knives for 20+ years.
Microtech was one of the 1st. M390? A solid 10 years. 204 is often touted as "Just as good as M390". Same steel more or less.

I spec'd the orig M4 Military for Roger at KW in 2009.
Then pushed for this one every year till it was released.
The problem was the gap between runs. After 7-8 yrs I guess it wasn't that big of a deal.
But if it had come out in 2011, it would have quite the knife.
