ThomasLinton and others would address this better than me, but, if he were to do something "bad" with the knife in the future, you can bet the store would be sued. :rolleyes: I believe "Tort" law gets involved here-so sad. :(
I thought of that, but I doubt the store would set itself up for future liability. Good things are not so simple anymore. :( Perhaps a trusted member (with better expertise than mine) can learn where to send and we can forward through them? "Go fund me" could end up being much more than a knife...
IBTL. I bought one early on and love the look BUT ,apparently the screw/tang (?) the pommel screws onto free floats (no epoxy fill) and, if it breaks the fix needs to be professionally done. :rolleyes: I like owning it but would not trust using it. :(
I will never understand why people cheat and scam over such trivial matters. :rolleyes: I'm not saying it's worth it over more egregious ones, but for so little? :confused: :( Yet, we see it so much. :mad:
