I've got a few with oversized thumb studs that work well waving out of pocket.
Also front flippers when pulled straight back.
Figured I'd post this Bestech and Artisan that "wave"well to remember this thread when I get the wave attachment for my PM2 this week. :)
There are two different pivots for the 0452 (pretty sure there are only two), silver/black and solid black.
I had a few of these and "Frankensteined" my favorite configuration with the solid black pivot and M390 blade... Then sold it.
Definitely like the solid black better.
When I first looked at mine fresh out of the tube it reminded me a bit of my 97 coke bottle blade a bit and I immediately had some concern that this large-ish blade would have the same weak pull.
My 97 is maybe a 4-5, my Spring Street has a 6-7, maybe a bit more, but it's perfect, great snap...
Doing some bike building in the shop today so slipped my modded Lionsteel Beerlow in my pocket to open boxes and whatnot.
Handy little modification that took a long time on the EdgePro.
M390 is a little stubborn.
Working in the shop I always have my TL-29 or my modified Lionsteel caplifter Barlow (I'll post up a picture sooner or later...).
Then off to my "real" job there's something clipped in my pocket and a 5"petty paring knife that's always in another pocket as well.
So 3 for the day usually.
