1095 Sujihiki

Just finished this Sujihiki out of 1095 steel for the blade which is mirror polished to 2000grit and then hand polished with some very fine polishing paste. The handle is made out of Brass, black Corian and some beautiful holm oak.

Nice looking blade! Don’t have a use for something like that but the paring blade I purchased from you gets used daily and is starting to develop a nice patina.
