I dont think there is an official list but from what I have seen:
Orange
Purple
Red
Tan
Brown
OD green
Green
Lime Green
Gray
Blue

I collected all of them so far and decided against unboxing 16 of them for a group photo. Instead I decided to go the easier route and compile the factory photo/descriptions below. The third row you'll notice the ??. This is because they did not actually give those knives a color name on the website.
I just gave them a generic color name based on the model number. All the rest are the color names that they posted on the website.
