In the movie "Columbiana" a little girl demonstrates a 119 (I think) with skill-at about 20 min mark. Anybody seen it?
 
Found this on YouTube.....the sequence happens fast and hard to grab a good shot but I think you are right... a 119.
She stabs the guy who just killed her parents and makes her escape.. comes back years later all grown up....I love payback movies, going to have to find this one.
