Check out a RealSteel H6-S1 for an EDC knife and a Thrunite T10 for an EDC flashlight. Great combo and comes in at less than half your budget.

Did not read the entire thread, but given that you already have a Delica 4, I see no point of buying any of the knives in your list (most of them are no better than Delica imo), maybe with the exception of Manix 2.

If it were me, I would buy a PM2, a full size Ritter Griptilian in M390, or a used ZT 0562 (if you have never tried a flipper). Each of them is within your $150 budget. Size wise, each of them is a good combo with yuor Delica.

You have a Kershaw and a Spyderco already. If you're going for a collection, try Buck Vantage Pro (large) for around $60. Blade is 3.25" of S30V steel. Not too large nor heavy for EDC.

I love my vantage, this is the one I have. Gets super sharp and is pretty smooth with the flipping action.
