Hi everyone,
I've just finished my part on these 5 converted 1960's USSR Molnija pocket watches (pocket-to-wrist watch). 4 of them are available. All movements are cleaned and serviced. The cases are brand new/stainless/ with mineral glasses - front and back cover. Here the details:

- movement: cal.3602 18 jewels, manual winding /18000bph/ ~30h power reserve

Case material: 316L stainless steel
Case size: 44 mm
Glass : mineral
Thickness:12mm
Band Width: 22mm

Each one goes on a leather strap(22mm/ 75mm- short part, without the buckle/ 114mm long part/

Very well executed and visually striking. A few questions:

  • Is the back case also crystal, or is it steel and removed in the pictures above to show the Movement?
  • Do you have any video showing the sweep on the second hand?
  • Is there any water resistance built into the conversion design?

-Yes, the back cover has crystal too
-No, I don't have any videos, but I can take one and send it to you.
-It can be considered as "moisture proof", I wouldn't go swim with it :)
 
Beautiful, unique, and original, and excellent craftsmanship to top it off. Very nicely done, these are amazing!
