In an attempt to raise some money for the 4th of July I've painfully decided to sell my last 3 knives. Each blade has oil on it so some areas may appear darker or wet looking in the pics. The prices are pretty firm but I may take off a few bucks if you have an offer.
1. SOLDCustom "mini" parang made by Joe Calton. This has been my safe queen since I got it. Its the best chopper I ever bought so I couldn't bring myself to use it...only pull it out once and a while to drool over it, lol. Its simple but extremely well made and razor sharp. Its 14.5" OAL blade is ~9" made of possibly 5160 or leafspring stock but I honestly can't recall and I believe its just under 1/4" thick(like .23" or something) and its got a hammer forged look with scotchbrite finish I believe. The handle is epoxy soaked jute and has a great feel in the hand and the leather pouch sheath is very heavy duty and well made. The has a beautiful bushcraft style to it with its rustic look and once you hold it you'll know it was made to put in work. Price - $185+$12s/h w/insurance(Paypal-emylu05@gmail.com, use 'friends&family' option or add 3%)
2. SOLDBRT Bladeworks(Ben Tendick) custom chopper also has hammer forged finish for 'rough' look. Blade is ~9" long, 5/32" thick and made of 5160. I chose the thinner stock so you could chop more w/o your arm getting fatigued. However this one has never been used. I did attempt to sharpen and failed so it has a decent edge but its not shaving sharp. The handle is made from a rubber material he called horse stall mat and its VERY comfortable in the hand cuz it has just a tiny bit of 'squeezeableness' for lack of a better word, lol. This one has a kydex sheath and I'll include the tek-lok. This is some of Ben's earlier work but its still a great piece made very well.
Price - $170+$12 ship w/ insurance(Paypal-emylu05@gmail.com, use 'friends&family' option or add 3%)
3. SOLDLast up is a belt knife made by a maker on here Randy Nance and like the 2 choppers its a rough finish look. This one is 9 1/2" OAL, 5" blade of 5/32" O-1, full flat grind with an acid etching. Has leather slabs with paracord on top for the handle and a kydex sheath. This one has a very thing edge and is sharp. It was used once to make a couple fuzz sticks when i first got in like 2013 and since then its been stored away.
Price - $80+$8 ship w/ insurance(Paypal-emylu05@gmail.com, use 'friends&family' option or add 3%)
