This one is a little different with two muskrat blades. It is very much a purpose-built knife with skinning in mind. When one blade gets dull…switch to the other. Is the 81 bull moose the same as the coon skinner?
I think the Bull Moose has a Full Clip, and a Spear opposite!!Is the 81 bull moose the same as the coon skinner?
82 is just a hair bigger frame. How does the 81 frame compare to the 82? I like my 82 possum skinner a lot, this looks to be quite similar?

The 81 however is squared off so it's a little bulkier. The 82 is a touch more pocket friendly because of this.82 is just a hair bigger frame
No but you can skin a coon with a possum skinnerThe question is, could I still skin a possum with a coon skinner?

That #81 coon skinner with slanted bolsters is really niceHere are some pictures with the 81 coon skinner & the 82 possum skinner. As said before the rounded off bolsters of the 82 makes it a little bit more pocket friendly but in fact they are very very similar.
