What's the biggest issue you've seen with a factory second?

The biggest issue I've seen was a PITS with an action so rough and stiff that it took both hands and determination to open and close it. I'm pretty sure it survived at least three Sales, and may still be there. I seriously doubt they'd put that one in an online Sale. Most of mine I've never found what they were rejected for.

The first online seconds sale (during COVID-19) was a rope, The site traffic doomed Spydercos server. Hopefully they've strengthened the ability to handle a heavy load for this event. If not and you get multiple timeout or server error don't give up as you'll eventually get through.

I'm leaning towards the premium Mystery box as I'm hoping to get something I don't already have. I also would love to see a Bradley Bowie available too! Good luck to everyone that plans to participate

Took 26 minutes to purchase a premium Mystery Box, Not going back to look for anything else! Need a cup of coffee...

50 minutes so far trying to check out with a premium Mystery Box!!! Not good!!!!

Update - after 2 hours of trying, I finally got to the checkout portion of their order processing system to enter the credit card number, the website finally came back with a response that the Mystery box was not in stock. I give up!!! I'm Totally frustrated and disappointed with Spyderco' s website ordering system. There has to be a better way.
