I have 3 Messerstahl kitchen knives with high-carbon stainless surgical steel blades and sandblasted titanium handles for sale. These Messerstahl knives are very well constructed, with full-length hidden tangs, and from my experience using one of them here (the 8" chef knife), they perform great and hold an edge for a long time in the kitchen. According to the manufacturer's website, they are hand forged. Here are the knives that are available for sale:
Chef knife (8" blade, 13 1/2" OAL) - ***SOLD***
Slicer/carving knife (8 3/4" blade, 13 1/2" OAL) - ***SOLD***
Serrated bread knife (8 1/4" blade, 13" OAL) - ***SOLD***
The slicer and bread knife listed here have never been used, or resharpened, and their original edges from Messerstahl are very sharp. The chef knife has been used and resharpened, and it has some light scratches on the blade, but its current edge is also very sharp and it cuts great in the kitchen.
Prices include Priority Mail shipping, insurance, and delivery confirmation within the continental US. I will ship internationally, but international shipping charges must be paid in addition to the listed price of the knife. If you buy all 3 together, a discount can be negotiated. If I remember correctly, retail price was about 3 times what I am looking to get out of these.
For payment on this piece, I strongly prefer USPS money orders, but I will also accept PayPal or personal check if I know you. If you are paying by PayPal, I will cover the fees, but the payment has to be sent with a PayPal-confirmed address (including the green "confirmed" marker) listed in the invoice, and I will only ship to that PayPal-confirmed address. I reserve the right to wait for personal checks to clear before I ship.
I will consider trades (with appropriate cash adjustment) for production or custom folders, balis, and fixed blades. I may also consider trades for other kitchen knives as well as flashlights.
