I just finished up 3 more paring knives I'd like to offer for sale. These are all done by hand so although they are very close in size they are not all exactly the same.

OAL: 7 1/4" to 7 1/2"
Blade: 3 1/4" to 3 1/2"
Spine thickness is around .030 to .035 (made from .040 stock)

Two of these have stabilized rippled maple handles. These 2 blades are made from 26C3 carbon steel and heat treated targeting 63-64 HRC.

The third knife has stabilized leopard wood scales and the blade is made from AEB-L stainless that has been heat treated targeting 62 HRC. Heat treatment included a 6 hour dunk in liquid nitrogen.

Asking $SOLD each which includes shipping. First come first pick. (according to time stamps)

Paypal payment can be sent to kirbys65@hotmail.com

Mine is the best paring knife I've had so far.
A pure slicer.
Just asking, is it normal mine is slightly magnetic?

Glad you’re enjoying it! It is possible that there is residual magnetism. I use a magnet to hold the blades when grinding the flats
