What kind of spray (I think it is coded with numbers) do you use for attaching sanding paper on a 9" disc
sander if you want it to be removable via hot air gun?
Please 3M products or similar.
Thanks – Michael.

Lowe's has Duro all purpose spray adhesive #01-81088 sometimes or Loctite general performance 100 light. These will let you change the paper without cleaning the disc so much.

I also use the Duro,I get mine at my local Ace Hardware.

I haven't tried anything that works as well as the 3M feathering adhesive. I buy it in a tube and just smear it on the 9" disc with a piece of paper. Saves spraying glue all over hell and gone. ;)

You can put a disc on, peel it off, and put another one right onto it.

All the 3M Spray adhesives I've tried like 977, end up leaving half the paper on the disc and half of it in your hand.

M 75 is the one you are looking for . I could only find it on Amazon . Like Nick said , the 77 and some others leave half the paper on the disc .

Go take a look at wayne coes video on disc sander. He uses an adhesive that is easy to apply and allows for the paper to be removed easily

This is what I'm using... Keep an eye on ebay. I bought a whole case of it for not much more than that can of spray. :)
