I forged this blade a few years ago, then ground and heat treated it. Then it sat in my shop for about a year and a half. I finally got around to finishing it up.

The blade is 5160 with an aged finish. The great thing about this finish is that you don't need to be concerned about scratching it. I have already done some pretty heavy chopping with it and you cant really tell.

The handle is mortised construction. It is glued together and the pins and tube are flared to hold everything together. It has been filled with epoxy that also helps hold things together. It has been shaped and fits the hand well.

The sheath is 7-8oz hand tooled leather from Wickett and Craig. It has a retention stud that will hold it in your belt. The knife fits securely and draws nicely.

Dimensions
Blade - 10 1/4" tip to guard
OAL - 15 1/2"

Price - $sold shipped to US. I will ship internationally for an additional fee.

I will have this posted elsewhere so the first timestamp saying "I'll take it!" gets it.
